Privacy Policy
Lexora is designed as a private, simple word discovery app. This Privacy Policy explains what information Lexora does and does not collect.
1. No Account Required
Lexora does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, password, profile information, or social login.
2. No Server, No AI, No Analytics
Lexora does not use a custom backend server.
Lexora does not include AI chat, AI generation, or language model features.
Lexora does not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
We do not track how you use the app for advertising, profiling, or behavioral analytics.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Lexora stores app preferences locally on your device, such as:
- Favorite words
- Notification preferences
- Onboarding completion status
- Premium access state used by the app and widget
- Basic app settings needed for the app to work
This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to a Lexora server.
4. Word Archive and App Content
Lexora includes a bundled word archive inside the app. The daily word, short meanings, deeper notes, and reflective stories are loaded from local app content.
The app does not upload your favorites or reading activity to a Lexora server.
5. Notifications
Lexora may ask for notification permission so it can send a local daily reminder.
Notifications are optional. If you allow notifications, Lexora uses local notification scheduling on your device. Lexora does not use remote push notifications for marketing or tracking.
You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
6. Widgets
Lexora includes an iOS widget. The app and widget may use Apple’s App Group storage to share limited local information, such as whether Premium is active and which word should be shown.
This is local device storage used to make the widget work. It is not a Lexora server.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Lexora Premium purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat.
RevenueCat helps manage purchase status, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and restore purchases. When you purchase Lexora Premium, Apple and RevenueCat may process information required to complete and verify the transaction.
Lexora does not receive your full payment card details.
For more information, you can review:

- RevenueCat’s privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
8. Data Sharing
Lexora does not sell your personal data.
Lexora does not share your app usage data with advertisers.
Purchase-related information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat only as needed to provide Premium access, manage subscriptions, and restore purchases.
9. Children’s Privacy
Lexora is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since Lexora does not require accounts, analytics, or user-generated uploads, we do not intentionally collect personal data from children.
10. Data Deletion
Because Lexora stores favorites and preferences locally on your device, you can remove this local data by deleting the app from your device.
Purchase history and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
