1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AppConsol ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AppConsol is a mobile application that allows iOS developers to view their App Store Connect sales and download data on their mobile device. The App connects to the Apple App Store Connect API using credentials provided by you.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are the authorized holder of the App Store Connect API credentials you enter into the App, or you have explicit permission from the account holder to use them.
• You are responsible for keeping your API credentials secure.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Apple's terms of service.
• You understand that the App relies on the Apple App Store Connect API, and data availability depends on Apple's systems.

4. Data Accuracy

AppConsol displays data as provided by the Apple App Store Connect API. While we strive to present this data accurately:

• Sales data is typically delayed by 1-2 days by Apple.
• Currency conversions are approximate and based on third-party exchange rate data.
• The App should not be used as the sole basis for financial or business decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

5. In-App Purchases

AppConsol offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all premium features permanently. No subscription required and no recurring charges.
• Subscriptions (Legacy): Monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions may be available. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Standard EULA. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of AppConsol. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchases.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (Apple App Store Connect API, exchange rate providers) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
